You certainly need to rethink whoever is in charge of your PR. That said, you've taken an incident which you could've taken control of, with their being a plethora of innocent reasons for this happening and made it incredibly suspect. I've been on the fence for a while about what you actually think about your players, benefit of the doubt that although your business practices are on the predatory side, that's somewhat understandable when you take into context it's a) a simulated casino experience, focusing mostly on poker variations and b) you have to make money to support yourselves. I might not agree with pricing or the psychology employed to try and get people to buy those packs but you do give away enough (or have done) that people can avoid it and ultimately, you're a start-up with investors - you do have to have some bottom line.
